How do I make a return or exchange?

Contact support@ johflo-fashion.com with your order number and the product you want to exchange or return and we will respond to you with a solution within one business day.



Not satisfied with the product: Contact us within seven business days of receipt, to be eligible for a return your item must be untreated and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

The product is defective: within 30 (thirty) calendar days of receipt. Customers are responsible for paying return shipping.
